Where we ship
We currently ship within EU, UK, Canada, US,
and UAE. More locations coming soon intentionally, and only when we can deliver the Ahaa experience everywhere.
Processing times
All Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days.
Delivery time
Local delivery (EU) typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Rest of the world up to 7 business days.
Delivery updates
You’ll receive tracking information by email the moment your order leaves our facility.
Shipping fees
Free shipping on all orders over €50. Standard shipping rate of €6.99 apply for orders below €50
Address changes
If you made a mistake in your address, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it for you.
Returns & Exchanges.
We want you to love what you ordered.
If something feels off, we’re here to help.
Eligibility:
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition:
Products must arrive in original packaging and in resellable condition.
How to start a return:
Send us an email at hello@ahaaskincare.com with your:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photos (if needed)
Our team will guide you through the process.
For orders place through our marketplace partners (eMAG, Trendyol) please process the return via the marketplace platform.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
If something went wrong.
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ahaaskincare.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A photo of the packaging

Need an exchange?
If you ordered via our official website (ahaaskincare.com), please email our customer care team to guide you with the exchange process.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for orders placed via our marketplace partners.
To replace a product, simply return the original item and place a new order.
