Return & Refund Policy
At Ahaa® Skincare, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Standard Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, the holographic security label is intact, and the item is returned in its original sealed packaging.
To initiate a return, log in to your account at https://myaccount.ahaaskincare.com/orders and submit your request from your order history. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation — you will not be able to access the customer account portal without an email.

We will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification, including over weekends and public holidays.
- Unfulfilled orders: You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled via your account at https://myaccount.ahaaskincare.com/orders.
- Fulfilled orders: Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order through the same link, or via the link in your SMS order confirmation if you checked out with a phone number only.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or the returned goods, whichever is later), to your original payment method. Standard outbound shipping costs are included in your refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Please note: opened or used skincare products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU hygiene regulations. If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us at hello@ahaaskincare.com before returning.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@ahaaskincare.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on gift cards, promotional items, or products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@ahaaskincare.com.
