Shipping policy
At Ahaa® Skincare, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and efficient manner is essential. Therefore, we have established a shipping policy to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt.
Shipping Method:
- We offer standard shipping within the EU via USPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL and SameDay.
- For US, ASIA and International orders, we use FedEx, USPS Priority Mail International and DHL Express.
Shipping Time:
- Standard shipping within the EU takes 3-5 business days to arrive, and up to 8 days busier times of the year.
- US, ASIA, and International shipping times vary depending on the destination, but typically take 5-8 business days to arrive.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the shipping destination.
- We offer Free Express shipping within the EU for orders over €100.
Romania:
- Express Delivery 1-3 Business days: 18 RON
FREE for orders over 100 RON
EU & UK:
- Express Delivery 5-8 days: FREE for orders over €100
- Express Delivery 5-8 days: €12.99
US, Rest of the World:
- Express Delivery 5-8 days: FREE for orders over $150
- Express Delivery 5-8 days: $24.99
ASIA:
- Express Delivery 5-8 days: FREE for orders over €100
- Express Delivery 5-8 days: €14.99
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently do not ship Russia and Ukraine (temporary).
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays and unforeseen events such as natural disasters. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
