Refund policy
At Ahaa® Skincare, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality skincare products that meet their needs and expectations. However, we understand that sometimes our products may not be suitable for everyone, and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we have established a 14-day return policy for all our products, subject to the following conditions:

All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

The product must be unused, and the holographic security label must be intact.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the box fully sealed.

We will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at hello@ahaaskincare.com or by phone. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be included with the returned product. We will not accept any returns without a valid return authorization number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Please note that we do not accept returns for any products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. Also, we do not accept returns for any promotional items or gifts that were included with the original purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. In case of a dispute, our decision will be final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
